I’ve spent over three decades serving others—as a law enforcement officer and a mobile intensive care paramedic in South Jersey. Those years taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay steady in high-pressure situations.
I was born in South Philadelphia and raised just outside the city in New Jersey, but my heart has always been tied to the coast. Summers in Wildwood, Margate, and Atlantic City gave me a deep appreciation for coastal living—something I now get to enjoy every day here on South Padre Island.
Making the move to South Padre Island was a major life transition for me. Going through the process of buying here while selling back home gave me a clear understanding of how emotional and complex that journey can be. That experience is what led me into real estate.
Today, I help others—especially retirees and those leaving high-stress careers—make that same transition with confidence. My goal is simple: help you find your place, your pace, and your people.

Before real estate, I built my career in two demanding fields that shaped how I serve my clients today.
I spent decades as a law enforcement officer and a paramedic, where I learned structure, accountability, and making critical decisions under pressure when lives were on the line.
Those experiences taught me how to stay calm, think clearly, and act with purpose - skills that now carry over into every real estate transaction.
Relocating to South Padre Island marked a new chapter in my life. Going through that transition myself gave me firsthand insight into what my clients are experiencing, both emotionally and logistically.
